<p class="mb-15">There are some orders that we cannot fulfill and can cancel on our own. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including any unforeseen obstacles to your order, such as limitations on the quantity that can be purchased, pricing or product information errors, or credit restrictions. We will get in touch with you or inform you before cancelling any order.
Orders once placed can only be changed or cancelled before 48 hours of Delivery so as to claim refund of the paid amount.
You must send an email to info@vaticaplus.in with your order number, order date, delivery date and refund account details to cancel the order. Your cancellation request will not be processed until then.</p>
<p>The following conditions apply to refunds:</p>
<p>a. The order was dropped.</p>
<p>b. The order was not sent to the intended recipient.This does not include the case of an unfounded recipient.) c. If a customer makes a complaint about the quality of the product that was delivered, we will investigate the matter and, if the complaint proves to be accurate, the customer will receive a full refund or have the product replaced.</p>
<p>c)Our team will determine whether an order is eligible for a refund, and our management's decision is final. A refund can only be requested in the event of service failure.We are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by the customer, and the refund amount cannot in any circumstance exceed the amount paid by the customer.</p>
<p>d)A 5% cancellation fee will apply in the event of a cancellation.</p>
<p>e)Refunds cannot be requested for any discounted or exempted amount.</p>
<p>f)Any additional money added to the VaticaPlus account can be used to increase orders but cannot be refunded.</p>
<p>g)VaticaPlus will have final say in all cancellation and refund issues.</p>
