                        1.	In case of no show by the patient during appointed time no refund will be generated.
                    </div><br>

                        2.	In the event that, Vaid Shyam Sunder Vats Clinic and Ayurvedic Research centre will be unable to provide services for online consult request order then than he/she will be eligible for full refund less 5% to be deducted as bank transaction charges.
                    </div><br>
                    
                    <div class="accordion-body">
                        3.	If the cancellation is due to the abusive nature of the User, such User shall not be eligible for any refund
                    </div><br>
                    
                    <div class="accordion-body">
                        4.	In the event the User is not satisfied with the online consult request and raises any wrong personal comments or advice to the doctor , Vaid Shyam Sunder Vats Clinic and Ayurvedic Research centre reserves the right to terminate the consultation of such Users and further, such Users will not be entitled to any refund.

                        5.	If patients or user cancelled online request order after the consultation of doctor then fee will not be refunded.
                    </div><br>
                    
                     <div class="accordion-body">
                         6.	All the online consult request order will be consulted by doctor within 24 hrs. Time schedule of doctor may vary. User is required to wait, irrespective of the fact whether the User is required to wait or choose to not obtain the medical services from the said doctor. Users will not be entitled for any refunds in cases where, the doctor is unable to consult the User at the exact time of the scheduled for online consult.

                         7.	Patients should order online consult request after satisfying with doctors details and specialty details. Refunds will not be provided if the patient/user has made a payment in any kind of vagueness.
                    </div><br>
                    
                     <div class="accordion-body">
                         8.	Vaid Shyam Sunder Vats Clinic and Ayurvedic Research centre shall check the details and process the refund where applicable, solely at its discretion. After a refund request is processed, the money will be refunded to the User in seven working days.
                    </div><br>
                    
                     <div class="accordion-body">
                         9.	Vaid Shyam Sunder Vats Clinic and Ayurvedic Research centre reserves her sole discretion right for final decision on the basis of above written refund policy.
                    </div><br>
