<p>
The Client may cancel any flight by written notice to the Zion Tech Aviation and on payment to the Zion Tech Aviation of a fee equal to the greater of the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>
If such notice is received at any time after the date of confirmation by the Client (countersignature of the Flight
Quotation) then 10% of the charter price.</li>
<li>
if such notice is received less than 12 calendar days to the first date of operation, then 30% of the charter price.</li>
<li>
if such notice is received less than 7 calendar days to the first date of operation, then 60% of the charter price</li>
<li>
if such notice is received less than 4 calendar days to the first date of operation, then 80% of the charter price
</li>
<li>
e) if such notice is received less than 24 hours, or no notice is received, prior to the scheduled time of the first operation
then 100% of the charter price.</li>
<li>
f) If in any case the flight is canceled by the operator, Holyatra Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd will charge 10% of the total flight
invoice.</li>
<li>
g) If the flight is cancel due to BAD Weather or Flight diversion, only actual flying with all third party charges plus 10% HolYatra charges will be deducted balance amount will be refunded. </li>
</ul>
<p>
If part of the flight has been completed the Client shall pay the Zion Tech Aviation a fee equal to the proportion of the charter price relating to the completed portion plus 75% of the remainder of the charter price.</p>
<p>
<span class="fw-bold">Note:</span> date of positioning flight is considered as the date of departure (this may not always be the day of departure as it is occasionally necessary to position the previous day, to accommodate early departures, crew duty, etc).
Balance Amount / Refund if applicable shall be initiated within 90 working days.
